Who we are

This website is operated by Blueswipe LLC, a payment processing company based in Richmond, Virginia. This policy covers goblueswipe.com only. It does not cover the separate systems, portals, or processing platforms you may use after becoming a Blueswipe merchant, which are governed by the agreements and disclosures provided to you at that time.

Information you give us

We only collect information you choose to submit through the forms on this site. Depending on the form, that may include:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your company name;
• your phone number, if you provide one;
• the topic you select and the message you write;
• the processing figures you enter into our fee comparison tools, such as monthly volume and average ticket.

If you send us a processing statement for a fee review, that document and the information in it are handled the same way as anything else you submit through this site.

How we use it

We use what you submit to:

• respond to your question or request;
• prepare the fee comparison or report you asked for;
• follow up about pricing, onboarding, partnerships, careers, or support, depending on why you contacted us;
• keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run this website and deliver our email. These providers process information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. This currently includes our website hosting provider and the email service that delivers form submissions to our team.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We do not use that request to identify you.

Analytics and tracking

Google Analytics starts only after you choose Accept cookies. It uses cookies to measure visits, referral origins and website interactions, including a general event after a successful inquiry. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers or URL queries to Analytics. Advertising signals are off. You can change or withdraw your consent using the control below. Your choice is stored for six months. Event data is retained for 14 months. Cloudflare also provides separate traffic and performance measurements without Analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as we need them to answer you, to serve you if you become a client, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you would like us to delete an inquiry you sent us, email us and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you from this site, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will. Email hello@goblueswipe.com and tell us what you would like us to do.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send full card numbers, bank account numbers, or Social Security numbers through the forms on this site.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
